Leadership Coaching for Mid-to-Senior Level Leaders

  • As a mid-to-senior level leader, you hold the keys to your company's culture. You're a connector.

Your reach extends upward as you bend the ear of C-suite colleagues and outward as you partner with your peers to make things happen. Meanwhile, your influence ripples out as you mentor and support your team and early career employees throughout your organization.

  • Being an impactful leader means extracting yourself from the swirl of competing priorities so you can map out strategies that get the best from yourself and your team.

You aren't alone if you're struggling with team dynamics, confidence, managing hybrid teams, navigating office politics, and juggling work and personal priorities. Leadership coaching can be the key to becoming the leader you want to be.

Leadership Coaching for Impact

Becker Leadership Impact specializes in supporting the development of mid-to-senior level leaders across a range of industries.

Through regular 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll move from awareness and discovery to reflection and action. You’ll translate these new ways of thinking and being into concrete actions (complete with stumbles), ultimately honing skills that will serve you throughout your career.

How Leadership Coaching Works

Are you a mid-to-senior level leader curious about individual leadership coaching?

I work with clients across New England and around the country — both virtually and in person. Coaching engagements start at six months, although many clients choose to work together for twelve months or more.

  • In a complimentary introductory call, you'll have the opportunity to share your goals and challenges, ask questions, and learn about my philosophy and approach. This 30-minute call is so valuable in making sure you feel connected to and comfortable with me confident in how the partnership will work, and excited to get started.

  • Every coaching engagement begins with at least one leadership assessment based on your specific goals. Assessments offer us a shared vocabulary, powerful insights, and a way to look at strengths and weaknesses with more objectivity. Having this data can also help us more comfortably approach vulnerable topics. During our first few sessions, we'll also talk about who you are, what you value, and what you hope to gain from our coaching partnership. You'll set realistic, targeted, and measurable goals that we'll use to guide our work together.

  • My approach is customized to every leader because everyone comes with their own strengths and challenges. We'll meet on a set schedule (usually every other week) to give you time to put new behaviors into practice in between our sessions. We'll begin each meeting by debriefing the previous couple of weeks and talking through any pressing issues, like a team member leaving or an upcoming presentation. Then, we'll focus on making progress on your goals. At the end of each session, you'll identify some specific actions you can take before our next meeting.

  • At the end of our coaching engagement, you'll have a more flexible mindset and powerful tools to apply to various situations and interactions. With your new level of self-awareness and leadership skills, you will be able to proudly show up as the human-centered, influential, impactful leader you want to be. You’ll be ready to confidently handle challenges that arise, connect more effectively with your team, and serve as a role model for other leaders in your organization.

If you are ready to take a step toward becoming the human-centered leader you want to be, let’s talk.
